Christmas Is Coming! by IceBlue from Turkey Hello my dear friends,I am Sıla and I am from Turkey.I am so excited;because Christmas is coming and it will bring a new,good,happy and healthy year.There will be Christmas trees everywhere!I hope I can see Santa Claus and I hope I can get presents from him.We do not have a tradition to celebrate it in Turkey because of the lord. We celebrate it because of a new year. We celebrate it with decorating pine trees like everyone. |

I go to Urgup to celebrate it in
a Then,the time comes,the countdown… Ten,nine, eigh t,seven,six, five, four,three, two, one, zero! Whooo! The happy time of everyone,except children;because most of them sleep at that time so they can't see it. Anyway,when the countdown finishes,family members give presents to their sons,daughters,moms,dads,etc. They open them and get happy because people around them like them, I think so… Sometimes you have to host guests at your house.You turn on the flashing lights on the Christmas trees. |

Your house gets a shiny place and finally when people in the house are eating cakes and start laughing,you love it very much and you don't want Christmas to finish; because your home is happy,warm and beautiful.What a nice place!
