A really interesting city - Istanbul
by deniz38299 from Turkey
Hi to everyone first!I think(or hope)you'll understand my
English.I really wanted to write about a city in my
country.Maybe,you'll know it.It's Istanbul,in the northwest of
Turkey.
It is a really crowded and polluted city.It has a lot of
shopping malls,amusement parks,football stadiums etc…

It's sea food is really delicious and there are a lot of
restaurants where you can eat anything that you want. There are lots
of cars and buses. They always have a really bad exhaust gas.
But there are lots of things to do there.Education is really
good there and there are Fashion Weeks.

The best thing about Istanbul that I really like is Fashion
Weeks. You can look at the models and the clothes, you can watch
them…I think Istanbul is a really good city;because you can talk
and meet new people around the world. You can keep in touch with
them by the Internet. Also, you can see celebrations. There are
feasts, too. They are so funny and nice. There are so many historical
places that you can visit like Ayasofya Mosque. But I think the most
important thing about Istanbul is that connects Asia and Europe
together by a bridge.Istanbul has a really important place in the
history of Turkey. If you want to go somewhere that is really
interesting,I recommend Istanbul to you. There is a photo ofIstanbul
that I took on my father's friend's ship.Thank you for reading my
article.
Have you ever been to Istanbul? When?
Would you come to visit? Why or why not?
